Action Learning Initiatives is now Venture Outdoors Co

For over 40 years, Action Learning Initiatives has helped schools and youth programs grow through outdoor education in the Snowy Mountains and South Coast.

As of 2025, we’re proud to continue that legacy under our new name — Venture Outdoors Co. While our name has changed, our mission remains the same: To deliver custom outdoor learning programs that build confidence, leadership, and connection through nature-based challenges.

You'll still find:

• The same experienced team

• Trusted safety systems and school partnerships

• Programs designed for all year groups and curriculum outcomes

• Winter snow programs, summer expeditions, and Duke of Edinburgh journeys

We still operate from our long-time base at Bungarra Alpine Centre, with on-site accommodation, gear hire, and access to private trails — all under the Venture Outdoors Co banner.
